The Pilot voluntarily assumes all such risks and agrees to hold the Owner harmless from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising out of or related to the landing on the Runway. Release and Indemnity: The Pilot agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Owner, its officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, actions, demands, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including but not limited to legal fees, arising from or in connection with the use of the Runway by the Pilot. Insurance: The Pilot agrees to maintain adequate insurance coverage for the aircraft and any other necessary insurance policies, including but not limited to liability insurance, to cover any potential liabilities arising from the use of the Runway. Compliance with Laws and Regulations: The Pilot agrees to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines governing aircraft operations, including those set forth by local and state authorities. Pilot's Responsibility: The Pilot acknowledges that they are solely responsible for the safe operation of the aircraft, including ensuring its airworthiness, adherence to all relevant regulations, and compliance with any necessary flight clearances or permissions. Termination of Agreement: This agreement may be terminated by either party with written notice to the other party. Termination shall not affect any liabilities or obligations arising prior to the termination date. Governing Law: This indemnity form shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Republic of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Right of admission reserved Indemnity for Chartering the POD Plane Assumption of Risk: The Passenger acknowledges that air travel aboard the Aircraft carries inherent risks and dangers, including but not limited to accidents, turbulence, property damage, bodily injury, or loss of life. The Passenger voluntarily assumes all such risks and agrees to hold the Charter Company harmless from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising out of or related to the charter flight. Release and Indemnity: The Passenger agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Charter Company, its officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, actions, demands, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including but not limited to legal fees, arising from or in connection with the charter flight. Insurance: The Passenger acknowledges that the Charter Company carries liability insurance for the Aircraft but is encouraged to maintain their own insurance coverage for personal belongings, medical expenses, or other potential liabilities arising from the charter flight. Compliance with Laws and Regulations: The Passenger agrees to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines governing air travel, including following the instructions of the Aircraft's crew and complying with any security measures or protocols. Passenger's Responsibility: The Passenger acknowledges that they are solely responsible for their conduct during the charter flight, including following safety instructions, fastening seatbelts when required, and refraining from any behavior that may jeopardize the safety of the flight or other passengers. Termination of Agreement: This charter agreement may be terminated by either party with written notice to the other party. Termination shall not affect any liabilities or obligations arising prior to the termination date. Governing Law: This indemnity form shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Republic of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
