After dancing the night away under the Karoo sky, early risers recharged their body, mind, and soul. Those who joined the FIRST Light Waterflow™️ at the Infinity Dam experienced a beautiful guided journey of stillness, breath, and yoga – a transformative moment to harmonize the mind and body. Afterward, everyone gathered at the Infinity Bar for the ultimate reset: Some took a refreshing dip in the cold plunge. Others relaxed and detoxed in the sauna room. And we all replenished with revitalizing healthy drinks – from Bulletproof Coffee to the Beetroot Boost or a protein blend of Macadamia Milk, Coconut Milk, Chia Seeds, and Frozen Banana. It was a perfect way to begin the day, a morning filled with connection, balance, and revitalization.
